Person should be able to lead QA efforts towards new solution Be able to automate testing, suggest ways to automation testing, should carry experience in any of front Automation tools like QTP, Watir etc

Should know testing of Web services. Should be able to use NUnit during WS testing Should carry sufficient experience in manual testing and test procedures Nice to have skills, but not must:

Working knowledge of middlewares, frameworks testing, webMethods

• Consultant level candidate who can build and implement a complete QA road-map.
• QA Automation for WebMethods.
• Mainly Server side testing.

Experience in open source web application testing tools like Fitness
