        Designation
         Team Member Mech.Design 

        Job Description
          1.Performs studies to benchmark evaluate various design proposals .

2.Design innovative concepts and build the design on 3D mechanical
design CAD packages such as solidworks/ Pro-engineer/Unigraphics etc.

3.Prepares prototypes to prove design.

4.Genetrates BOMs, maintains open issue lists & typical engineering docs.

5.Conducts component tolerance studies & assembly tolerance stack evaluations.

6.Performs engineering calculations for mass, heat transfer, strength & performance.

7.Preparesengg. docs & coordinates with internal customers & mfg.Plant.

8.Should be a team player and be able to work in a dynamic design environment. 

        Desired Profile 
          1.Hands-on Knowledge on 3D modeling and engineering drawings preferably on Solidworks.

2.Product design Knowledge in Plastics & Sheet metal Knowledge of
auxiliary Processes such as electroplating, Printing, welding and other
assembly methods.

3.Good communication Skills.

4.Should be team Player.
