Topic: Vice President Sales – AMS/RIM/Testing

Job Description

This team specifically focuses on our Enterprise level customers globally for successfully providing Application Maintenance/ Remote Infrastructure Management / Testing services.

In you, we are looking for a senior team leader who can lead sales efforts for this team. Building existing accounts as well as identifying cross-selling opportunities amongst global customers of GTL will be a critical part of your efforts. You should have experience in selling offshore services to customers globally. You should be ready to travel globally at short notice.

You will be responsible for formulation of sales / business strategies along with other senior team members at GTL.  

Desired Candidate Profile

1. The ideal candidate will be some one who has worked exceptionally well providing IT services/Products in AMS/RIM/Testing solutions using global delivery model (GDM) in onsite/offshore mode & now looking to attain the pride of ownership even while working with us.
 

2. You should have the ability to get access & influence the key decision makers & should have demonstrated ability for new business identification, qualification and capture.
 

3. Provide leadership and mentoring to Business Development team, project management staff, manage team dynamics, risk mitigation and provide industry best practices.
 

4. You will be expected to Plan and execute Sales campaigns for this AMS/RIM/Testing vertical independently in any of the geographies like Netherlands/ US region/ Middle East/ Germany/ Finland & willing to travel extensively.
