Job Description

  		The individual will be responsible for Analysis &  Testing
efforts for the various proprietary applications of Flagstone Re. The
individual will be working very closely with the business users, R&
D group and the technical teams within the Organization. 

  	 	Desired Candidate Profile

		A subset of the Must Have qualifications is as under:

Good statistical back ground Bachelors in Statistical Math

Worked in an industry (ideally actuarial) that has applied the statistical knowledge

Working experience in the IT Application implementation as Business
Analyst for P&C Insurance/Reinsurance vertical (2+ Years)

Has practical use of SQL or other data analysis tools (1+ years of experience)

Is very adaptable  they can switch focus and path without too much trouble

Good communication skills is a must

Appreciation of the programming/technology credentials that will help achieve the analysis and 
testing goals
