1. Executes manual and automated tests and logs the outcomes of testing
2. Perform software system, end-to-end regression and performance/load testing
3. Automate test cases
4. Report defects and validate their resolutions
5. Inspect resultant data in databases, XML files, interface log files, administrative consoles etc.
6. Writes test cases as required
7. Builds test harnesses as required
8. Find the Bug
9. Good Knowledge of MS.NET and Visual Studio 2005, MS SQL 2005 with white box testing experience

1. 3+ years of experience software testing
2. Strong knowledge of SDLC and related testing lifecycle
3. Experience with test automation processes and technologies
4. Experience with performance testing processes and technologies
5. Experience with MS SQL
6. Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
7. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
8. Experience working with software development teams using Agile and iterative development methodologies
9. 2 Years Commitment is required
