Skill & Job Requirements: The candidate should be a thought leader, besides this Consulting Role the candidate will also be responsible for driving strategy for some key technology areas and ensuring that we have a market leadership position from a testing perspective. Candidate should also be a good team player and be able to derive maximum benefit of our cluster system in the testing services space. Candidates should have the ability to work with Geo sales teams as a subject matter expert on TeS offerings. Experience and skills levels in the following areas Essential Consultative selling experience is required, preferably in a team-based customer engagement process. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to work independently in an assigned technology area. Confidence and ability to present Wipro's proposition independently at executive levels in the client organization. Ability to work with offshore pre-sales and practice and service delivery teams. Target orientation and ability to meet revenue targets. Should have worked on Test tools from Mercury/ Rational Certifications: PMI/ Other Test/ QA certifications Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree and Business Administration Preferred. Experience Range: Over all 12 - 15 years of experience with at least 3-5 years as a Test Manager/Test consulting Experience.
