* Should have good experience in MPEG 2/4, Direct Show, Video Editing S/W

* Should have exposure to Video Domain

* Should have good knowledge of DVD Format

* Should have done B. Tech/ BE/ MCA from premier institute

* Should have good communication/ Analytical/ Technical skills (written & oral)
