          1.4-6 years of hands-on experience in software testing environment mainly on Windows Platform. 

2.Expertise on Client-Server application, web application and console based application testing

3.Work experience in SDLC and good knowledge of QA testing process

4.Ability to design and implement QA test plans and test cases

5.Ability to setup test lab or test environment

6.Experience in SQL database, network configuration, imaging software, VPC/VMWare etc.

7.Experience in Test automation in VBScript/Perl (desirable)

8.Experience in Performance testing / Security testing (desirable)
