Technical Skills:

• Siebel CRM , Unix, SQL, QTPS

Must Have

• Functional test experience with Siebel CRM applications.
• Hands-on experience with Siebel Sales and Call center Applications 7.5 or above
• Developing functional and regression automation using Mercury Quick Test Pro with Siebel Add-in.
• Experience with SQL and data retrieval from a relational database: SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
• Experience with bug tracking and defect management systems (Bugzilla).
• Exposure to internet technologies such as HTML, JSP, Java/J2EE & UNIX/Linux and understanding of internet architectural components is a plus.
