  4+ years of experience in testing, especially on DB testing 

Strong ETL Testing experience.

Good experience in testing applications centered around databases specially MS SQL server. 

Ability to write test plans and test cases. 

Good understanding of QA best practices and processes.

Given a chance, should be able to lead a small team and guide them on the work 

Good communication skills. Should be able to communicate directly with the client.
