  		We are currently in need of  5-Performance Tester (Certified in Loadrunner /CSQE/CSTE)  for an ongoing project with our Banking client in Singapore. This is a permanent role.

  	 	Desired Candidate Profile

		EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential
BA/BS in Computer Science 
Certified in Loadrunner /CSQE/CSTE)

Desirable
Degree/Diploma in Finance and Banking
Certification in Mercury Tools LoarRunner, QTP.

TECHINICAL/BUSINESS SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
* 6 years with software quality assurance with significant testing and automation experience.
* 4  5 years in Test Automation (GUI & Backend) using QTP.
* 2  3 years in Performance and Load/Stress Testing using LoadRunner or other tools.
* 2 - 3 years experience with Financial companies 
* Experience in converting manual scripts into automated test scripts.
* Experience managing Automation and Performance Testing projects independently.
* Must be able to communicate effectively with other Testers, Developers and Managers.
* Should have strong planning and management background.
* Experience working in an Onshore Offshore model
