          1+ years experience in testing web based applications

Unit test experience preferred 

Solid communication skills and ability to work in a team environment 

Intimately understanding code and scripting assets and limitations 

Experience with quality assurance and quality testing

Bonus:

Experience with standards based and standards compliant web site design 

Experience with RSS, AJAX and other emerging web technologies 

Experience with validation tools 

Proven track record of execution with large-scale B2C web sites
