          Design and implement qualification test strategy.

Test Plan and Test Case development

Test Case execution and verification

Support of User Acceptance Tests

Grow expertise on a specific application set

Sense of business criticality and priorities

Communication

Ability to work to aggressive schedules and to operate under pressure. 

        Desired Profile 
          Any knowledge in Test Plan Development and Execution (Preferably in the Software Development or Software Testing Industry)

Knowledge of Telecom Domain appreciated

Knowledge of Testing Tools (Mercury Interactive tools including QALoad,
Test Director, Load Runner, Defect Tracking in ClearQuest) appreciated.

Good written and verbal communication skills, fluent English
