Job Experience and Skills Required


Candidates would have experience in the following areas:
Sound working knowledge of Java/J2EE with practical experience of application servers such as Weblogic, Websphere or Jboss is a must .
Installing application servers, databases, deploying J2EE Applications with performance tuning are a must.
Sound knowledge of Unix with shell/python scripting is essential.
Programming in Java/ C++/C is also preferable.
Solid reasoning and problem-solving skills.


Other Preferred Traits

Possess a track record of being able to learn and use new technologies and tools quickly.
Be comfortable in a startup organization.
Be able to handle challenging and dynamic work assignments.
Self motivated and an individual contributor.
