         Software Quality Assurance (CMMI level 5) 

        Job Description
          The person should have atleast 0.5-1.5 yrs of relevant experience in the field of Quality. 

The selected person would play the role of software quality assurance specialist for a group of projects. 

This includes 

(a) helping the project manager to define the process requirements 

(b) conducting periodic audits to ensure compliance against processes

(c) collecting and analyzing project level metrics 

(d) making presentations to senior management and customer on a periodic basis, on the quality trend for the project 

(e) should have the sound knowledge and experience in CMMI implementation 

        Desired Profile 
          Essential skills: 

(a) Sound knowledge of CMMI 

(b) Basic statistical techniques 

(c) Good written and oral communication skills 

(d) presentation skills 

(e) Ability to do macro programming in MS Office/VB Scripts 

(f) Understand key Quality related systems/processes of Company 

The person should have atleast 0.5 - 1.5 yrs of relevant experience in the field of Quality.
