Job Description
Experience: 2 to 4 years

Rational Clearcase , Rational Clearquest , Ant , IBM Rational Test Manager

Should have deep experience with the full suite of Rational tools and have specific experience with ClearCase, having configured it with ClearQuest, RequisitePro, and TestManager.

Experience with Unified Change Management (UCM) is required.
The Person should be able to manage the setup and maintenance of the suite of Rational tools including ClearCase, ClearQuest, RequisitePro, TestManager, etc

Administration of ClearCase for min 2 years. Good understanding of and experience with other Rational tools such as RequisitePro, TestManager.

Experience in at least 2, preferably more, large software projects (8 people or more).
