        Job Description
          Main Responsibilities

Be able to use IFPUG 4.2 analysis method and implement it on Amdocs' deliverables

Be familiar with Amdocs core products and streams of customization (For new recruits, training will be provided)

Analyze design documents to estimate size

Should be able to analyze requirement doc / Solution Concept to estimate FP 

Be able to analyze productivity of delivered functionality (or
functionality planned to be delivered), which is different for
different technical platform, and the factors that affect productivity

Coach Designers and managers in the company how to use the software sizing and productivity

Member of Corporate methodology team

Develops and defines methodology;

Audit and coach designers who are using Function Points

Assists in building a corporate database of productivity, to create the correct cost model

Experience in FP Analysis

Should analyze and present productivity analyses  to managers

Understands Amdocs development processes

Be familiar with CMMI ML 5 methodology 

Education / Experience

Education -  Software engineering, or statistics, or mathematics, computers or economics;

Experience -  Experience in software industry, and in quantitative quality assurance
