Job Description

    * Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members.
    * Convey status in cross-functional meetings.
    * Ensure QA Test Case design and execution methodologies are technically sound.
    * Design, develop and implement QA test plans and test cases, tools and infrastructure.
    * Perform all aspects of verification, including functional, structural, regression, load and system testing, Effort Estimation.
    * Design, develop and implement complex test automation both at the functional and System level.

Desired Profile

    * Bachelors Degree inEngineering/Technology or equivalent.
    * A minimum of 4 - 7 years cumulative experience developing or testing commercial PC software with at least 2 years experience testing system software.
    * 3+ years team or technical lead experience in either QA or development.
    * Extensive software engineering skills with command on complete SDLC. Proficient in using Test Automation tools like QTP, Win runner, Load runner, Test Director, Quality center Etc.
    * Must have used Test Case Management and bug tracking tools. Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail.
    * Ability to troubleshoot software / hardware configuration problems.
    * Ability to develop a clear and concise testing strategy.
    * Demonstrated ability to handle/organize multiple complex technical projects simultaneously.
    * Candidate should have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    * Self-motivated team player to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
    * Must have worked on both Client Server and Web based projects.
