Have the experience of leading a team of min 4 people for 12 years.
Have through knowledge of SDLC and Testing Methodologies/Processes
Have experience of Onsite Client Interaction.
Have knowledge of Automation tools like QTP/ Win runner.
Performance testing /Load Runner experience is an advantage.
Have hands on experience in PL/SQL
Have experience of working in different flavors of UNIX.
Telecom domain experience is preferable.
Good Communication and inter personal skills.
Testing Certification is an advantage.
