   hi,now im testing an application.it has desktop sharing concept i.e in
our office we have the system and all the details are stored in it.and
we are going to train the students at somewhere.the main concept behind
this they have to download a certain file and install it.and the
training session starts means here we have a webcam and we will train
them by online.and the students can view the content in our desktop at
their place.now im in manual testing.i dont know how to test this
application.and the students can chat wid us by voice chat.suggest me
which s/w testing tool is needed and how .
