Topic: How to capture text editor inputs using silktest

I'm in the process of automating a system which has a text editor,
using SilkTest as the tool. I can not find a way to capture the inputs
done through the test editor. It is a the usual type of text editor
that has all the common functions such as font changing, format
changing, insert an image etc.
