Experience : 12 to 15 years
Relevant experience in Performance Testing: Minimum 8 years

Job Description
Activities:
• Owns and runs the service delivery for performance testing related services
• Manage team of performance testers including vendor resources, performance test service definition, capability building, liaising with infrastructure services team to acquire environments for testing, building models for accurate performance modeling and analysis
• Travel requirements: 10%

Key deliverables:
• Quality of deliverables from performance testing service line
• ROI in terms of performance bottleneck identification cheaper/faster

Financial Management:
• Performance Test budget management
• ROI delivery in terms of performance bottleneck identification cheaper/faster

Requirements

• 12+ years of total experience
• Current role – performance testing head, service line head etc.
• Thought leadership – books, articles, talks, presentations etc.

Essential:
• 8+ years in performance testing
• 3+ years of direct people management experience
• Significant performance testing work including leading engagements independently, analyzing application performance and performance tuning

The Individual
Technical Competence:

• Testing
• Software Development Life Cycle
• Performance Testing – Tools & Techniques
• Strong communication skills
• High energy
• Broad enterprise IT/architecture experience highly preferred.

Must be a B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech
