	Job Description

	JD: 
	The Junior Engineer should 
	do the following work, but not limit following work:
	· Site survey
	o Do RF/MW site survey 
	according to project requirement
	· Drive test
	o Do the drive test, 
	collect drive test data according to project requirement
	o Do the drive test data 
	analysis, solve call drop, coverage common network problem
	· OMC operator
	o Assist RNO engineer 
	configure cell parameters
	in OMC room
	o Assist RNO engineer 
	modify network parameters
	in OMC room
	o Assist DT engineer, work
	in OMC room
	o Get the KPI report by 
	daily wise/weekly wise/month wise according to project requirement
	· Customer complaint handle
	o Record customer complaint 
	and do the simply test by handset according to project requirement
	· Network Optimization
	o RF optimization, analysis 
	the DT data and traffic performance data, provide the RF adjustment proposal
	o Traffic analysis, monitor 
	traffic, KPI monitor, cell parameters checking
	o System alarm collect, do 
	the necessary analysis
	 

	Desired Candidate Profile

	· More than 1 year 
	experience work on telecomm
	· Should have basic 
	concepts of wireless technology
	· Have the basic knowledge 
	of drive test
	· Have the basic knowledge 
	of site survey
	· Have the basic knowledge 
	of traffic analysis
	· Have the basic knowledge 
	of the alarm analysis
	· Good English written, 
	oral
