Is there any tool available for doing both Functional Testing and Manual Testing so that both script development time and Manual documentation time can be reduced?
That tool should support both Playback & Manual Tests executions including Import/Export/Design & Test Results.

I don't have any idea about the tool which could help both Functional Testing and Manual Testing, you may try Imprimatura open source tool for functional testing.

UTP supports both testcases Automation and importing of manual testcases from Excels and for updating the test results with BugZilla integration. Its very useful feature. Try once and let me know if any clarifications needed.
