	LoadRunner setup was written such that it doesn't allow itself to be installed when that machine's Windows Registry has other installation tasks (of unknown origin) that may conflict with LoadRunner. The logic is that it's better to avoid doing the install with something that can be "easily fixed" than to plow on with an install that may be interrupted by possible malware.
