Hi All,
I am having 3 years of working experience in testing and not having much knowledge. I trying to switch the job. Can anyone suggest me what i should do. I have given lots of interviews but not cleared any of them. Can anybody help.

Self evaluate and recall where u failed to answer/convence the interviewer. rectify those weakness or lack of areas, where u really need to workhard.u r problem is not clear to me...
If ur good in
1. atleast one automation functional tool
2. one scripting language
3. Sql server - ddl, dml commands
4. minimum knowledge on unix
Dont take any decision in hurry!
wait for some more time....now market is not that good

Hi,
First u must be confident and think over what mistakes u have done in previous interview, recover them and be very confident while attending an interview and onething don't get upset when it fails Try and try till u get, i hope u will get ur destination soon |
