  		Should be responsible for understanding customer functional requirements, 

write test scenarios, 

test cases, carry out various types of testing like functional testing, 

integration,

Basic knowledge of Automation testing QTP, Winrunner

Experience in testing of web based & client server applications

Should have knowledge of performance testing
