    hai i completed my graduation in 2000 I have 7 years of marketing exp
last i worked as branch manager for SAHARA INDIA PARA BANKING DIVISION till 2007 may. after that i learned software testing and now working as trainee in a company. what efforts should i take to get a job in this industry. i stick to be in this testing domain. pls advice me
