Interface Testing * Testing Cycles (Systems/Integration, Regression, User Acceptance) * Testing experience with reports and interfaces * Development of a Testing Strategy and Test Plan * Creation of Test Scenarios/Scripts and Test Executions * Development of Test Data Requirements * Reporting, Tracking and Resolving defect using Defect Management tool * Collecting Testing Metrics * Use of Compare Tools (Beyond Compare, Windiff, Text Pad, etc) * Use of Microsoft Office * English proficiency in writing and verbal skills a must Preferred Domain Skills - Good Functional Knowledge * PeopleSoft HRMS 8.8 * PeopleSoft Query/Report Manager * Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Set Up Tables * PeopleSoft Security * Strong SQL background especially with testing reports and interfaces Additional Skills Considered a Plus * WinRunner * Mercury Quality Center * Loadrunner * Payroll * Authoria * Candidates with an active B-1 VISA are preferred Desired Candidate Profile
