System testing for the Windows Logo is done with the Device Test
Manager (DTM) test suite that is part of the Windows Driver Kit (WDK).
The DTM contains the taxonomy of system categories with corresponding
tests, support tools, and test procedures. Errata can automatically be
applied to test results if errors in the tests exist. For more
information, see the DTM documentation.
