Require all of the following words:-

Role:-needs to handle the onsite as well as the offshore QA teams. Will be responsible for - delivery, staffing of projects, utilization and client communication

Mandatory skills

- Senior QA Manager with more than 14 to 16 years of experience, with the last 8 to 10+ years in the QA domain with hands on and managerial experience

- Familiar and Execution experience of the onsite-offshore model

- SQL (DB2/UDB preferable) proficiency at 4 (in a scale of 1-5)

- UNIX shell scripts proficiency at 4 (in a scale of 1-5)

- Familiarity and experience in Test Automation Tools, Defect Tracking Tools

- Estimation, Planning, Resource Loading and Reporting (which are necessary as a PM)

- Good communication skills

Secondary skills

- Exposure to QA in a Data Warehousing and WEB Environment, ETL Testing

- Exposure to product based organizations where timelines are tight and changes are not accepted

- Familiarity with Testing Metrics and be able to articulate them to customers

Technical Domain:
Assurance related tasks (adherence to quality processes , guidelines, tools, testing, reporting).
Experience in Risk Management/Risk Assessment.
Test organization, support and execution.
People Management - should have done atleast 1 cycle of Performance Feedback
Basic programming experience (any programming language)

Functional Domain:-
Software Quality Management
Project/Process Quality Management

Qualification:- B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/ BE from Computer science or IT Stream with an aggregate score of 65%
