'XUnderstanding of the Business processes and hands on technical skills, knowledge and experience of the core technologies used in Risk domain.
'XCreation of a Regression Test Bed to be used by existing and new systems within risk domain
'XUnderstand the requirements/application and write test cases/scripts/conditions and its review preferably using a tool (preferably Test Director).
'XAbility to liaise with Business Users, Business Analysts, Developers, project managers to define and document comprehensive Regression Test cases for all Functional and Non-Functional requirements across systems
'X3-5 years of experience in a Software organisation on testing (Web technologies, Client/ Server). Some experience in development may also be considered.
'XMust have strong experience in Regression testing (manual as well as automated using QTP) throughout the testing life cycle.
'XHands on with Test Planning & Analysis, Test Design, Test Scheduling and Test Execution, defect logging and Reporting (Test Director experience preferred)
'XDefining detailed functional and non-functional Test Cases.
'XAnalytical mindset with ability to work on Applications and Systems with complex algorithmic calculations.
