* Should know the fundamentals of Software engineering
* Should have worked priorina CMMi / ISO company
* Should have experience in implementing Software metrics
* Applicable Process areas related to Metrics with respect toCMMi and ISO standards
* Should be able to define process, procedures .
* Should have conducted Internal audits
* Should have been as a part of SEPG / SQA Team in the organization.
* Should have participated in the entire life cycle activity of at least 4 projects.

* Graduation in Statistics

* Should have knowledge on the following areas:
- Software Life Cycle Models
- Review Process, types of review
- Statistical techniques such as:
(a) Control charts ( capability, stability)
(b) Correlation and regression analysis (additional skill)
(c) Pareto diagrams, histograms,
- Metrics such as Cost, Size, Effort, Schedule variance
- Defect Density, Requirements stability Index, Review efficiency
- Process Performance baselines
- Causal analysis
