Job Description:
Definition/Deployment of Process Framework for the project.
Ensure process compliance in all phases of project
Collect Metrics and performance indicators for the project and do casual analysis
Should have practical knowledge of implementing CMM Practices
Co-ordination of Audits, Peer Reviews and Stage Reviews
Specific Characteristic of the Function:
Would Require to Prepare and Own QEP
Would Require to ensure process compliance for the project
Should be able to assist the team to achieve quality objectives
Should be able to understand customer expectations
Should be able to guide team in process and quality issues willingness to work in Europe
Experience in working closely with European/U.S. Counterparts

Desired Profile

Desired Experience/Know How/Skills:
Knowledge of VLSI/IC/Design Domain Preferred
Should have worked in areas of software process and software qaulity
Should have knowledge of Standards such as ISO 9000 and CMM and CMMI
Data analysis/Inference skills.
Experience 3 - 6 Years
