As QA Manager at the company, you will report to the WW QA Director and will be responsible for running a team of over 150+ quality analysts, creating test plans, setting test priorities, training new hires, planning workforce capacity and facilitating interaction with the company's global offices. This offer is for a full-time position located at the Hyderabad office of the Company, except as travel to other locations as may be necessary to fulfil your responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

The QA Manager is responsible for the performance of the QA division of the office, comprising of 150+ testers. The responsibility of the QA division is to facilitate the delivery of world class mobile games, confirming to company's exacting quality standards.

The QA Manager will act as a knowledge resource for the QA teams, offering guidance to the testers throughout the testing process and maintaining control over the code release process.

Role Requirements:

4-5 years of experience in a supervisory capacity of QA teams within the electronic entertainment or software industry.
Proven track record of performance managing large teams of QA testers.
In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies and procedures.
Firm understanding of the development lifecycle of complex software applications.
Ability to grasp functional requirements and integration points in order to design a comprehensive QA strategy and mentor team members.
Strong knowledge about planning & management.
Strong technical knowledge and familiarity with various wireless platforms (J2ME, BREW, Windows Mobile, etc.).
Strong coordination and communication capabilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams comprising of developers, producers, customer service teams and deployment coordinators
College degree preferred.

Additional Skills if applicable (added Plus):

Hardcore gamer.
Previous Testing experience.
Knowledge of Mobile & Mobile gaming industry.
Experience and familiarity with multiple gaming platforms and genres.

Location: Hyderabad, India. Travels to other locations may be necessary to fulfill your responsibilities.
