Responsibilities

• Reports to QA Team Lead and Manager
• Track tasks and provide requested reports
• Troubleshooting ability
• Exercise problem-solving abilities

Requirements

• 0-2 years of  Quality Assurance experience would be preferred.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to take direction and follow direction closely
• Ability to learn new software products
• Excellent problem solving ability
• Demonstrates technical troubleshooting skills

The software being tested is educational software used in schools and delivered to homes via the Internet for preschool and early elementary school aged children. Successful applicants will be able to show attention to details, execute tests on multiple computers at the same time and work collaboratively with others – especially programmers and other technical staff.
