Key Responsibilities
Planning and tracking of all test activities for system, integration and user acceptance testing.
Responsible for the creation of testing deliverables (i.e. approaches, plans, cases, scripts, results, metrics)
Responsible for managing automation and performance test suites of functional and regression as required
Debug software products through the use of systematic tests to maintain software quality standards
Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging of software
Document all testing activities
Work along with development team in understanding and resolution of problems
Mentor QA team/engineers

Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in CS or its equivalent
Possess 4+ years of software testing experience.
Be proficient at formal QA test cycle management methodology, techniques.
Experienced with QA automation tools that support repeatable and scalable testing is highly desirable.
Experience in both white box and black box testing.
1.Should be able to analyze and understand the source code
2.Experience in creating tests in C#
Experience in C#, .NET
Experience with RDBMS (Oracle, SQL)
Knowledge of accurately reporting and tracking defects throughout the development life cycle
Strong analysis and communication skills
Should be able to lead, motivate a team.

Good to have
Prior experience working in healthcare IT domain will be highly desirable.
