Job Description

1.    Developing Test Strategy and planning
 2.    Set up processes for test processes, reviews
 3.    Knowledge of SDLC processes, software platforms, basic programming skills
 4.    Experience in Test Automation � Compuware experience will be preferred.
 5.    Test management, defect analysis & management, data analysis
 6.    Experience in Integration, System, performance testing, especially for web application
 7.    Test estimation, impact analysis
 8.    Managed a team of 15-20 team members
 9.    Reporting for management review, status update

Education: B.E/B.Tech
