  Good knowledge of ITIL procedures.
  Experience using Winrunner, QTP, QC & PVCS software
  Ability to communicate (both written and oral) information clearly and effectively
  Demonstrated sound problem solving and analytical skills.
  Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Demonstrates an understanding of business operations and system requirements processes
