          Job description:     

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement test cases 
Develop automated test scripts 
Develop and implement feature test plans 
Perform problem analysis to determine if there is a valid bug 
Log and track defects to closure 
Perform bug fix verification 
Communicate test results to other engineers and cross-functional teams 
Demonstrates competence and self-motivation in analyzing problems and getting to the root 

Requirement: 

Unix/Linux experience required 
Scripting knowledge of Perl/Python/TCL 
BE in Computer Science/Electronics or equivalent required 
Experience supporting testing activities for multiple applications/releases preferred 
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving/troubleshooting skills required 
Previous work experience and hands-on knowledge of HTTP, TCP/IP and Streaming 
Working knowledge of using databases (Oracle/MySQL) 
Experience with Apache and application servers like Tomcat preferred 
Excellent written and oral communication

Qualification: BE/B.Tech

Experience: 3 * 6yrs
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE OF 2 YEARS IS MANDATORY.
