Qualifications : BE/ B.Tech in E&TC / Comp Sc

- Defining and implementing testing strategies for the hardware and software components of TIE Compiler 
- Developing and creating and implementing test plans for new design features 
- Developing & maintaining verification infrastructure, running and debugging regressions.

Develop and implement testing strategy & test plans for the new
design features of the TIE compiler tool, and its interaction with
other software components like C compiler, instruction set simulator
(ISS) and debugger. 
- You will be mainly responsible for
developing functional tests (C/C++) for the verification of new design
features of the TIE Compiler tool. 
- You will be responsible for evaluating code coverage, run time performance and general robustness of the tool. 
- You will also be involved in setting up and maintaining regression testing strategies and infrastructure. 

Required skills and experience: 

-
BE/ B.Tech in E&TC / Comp Sc with 5+ years work experience in
software testing preferably of complex EDA tools such as those used for
hardware simulation, synthesis etc. or large application software in an
embedded system. 
- Good knowledge of programming in C/C++, scripting using Perl or similar language 
-
Knowledge of software development tools such as compilers, assemblers,
debuggers and understanding of computer architecture will be an added
advantage.
