• Creating Checklist / test plans for projects from functional specification
• Testing delivery in several levels
• Issue resolution and report generation
• Following Standard & Guidelines
• Facilitate Projects throughout the life cycle
• Integration testing, load testing (webload), regression testing, blackbox testing etc.

Will also be required for Projects Facilitation and routine Quality Assurance activities .Will be involved in handholding different projects for compliance to Quality Management System. Will also be involved in maintaining Quality Records, conducting Internal Quality Audits. May be entrusted for software development activities, those include, design of processes and many others.

• Have 1-3 years experience.
• Should be able to write test plans based on functional specification, execute and measure test results, and work with developers in identifying root causes of the problems. Good analytical skills, performance testing.
• Experience with one or more programming language(C, Java, C++) is desirable but not essential.
• Experience in database design concepts is desirable.
• Experience is HTML and web based compliance tools including W3C validators.
• Team player.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Must be able to manage time effectively (effective under pressure; beat deadlines; adhere to schedules).
• Experience with test software, equipment especially webload.
• Experience with test automation techniques ,and test methods.
• Experience with web technologies, reporting tools, and database application development.
