          Test Lead - Performance Testing 

        Desired Profile 
          Overall 5 yrs of IT experience and specific Performance testing at least 2+years.

  Expertise in 1 or more of Performance Tools like Load Runner, Web Load, JMeter, Silk Performer.

  Knowledge on at least 1 or more application servers like IIS, Apache, Web Sphere, Web Logic.

  Ability to develop test automation project plans, architecture, etc 

  Develop simple to high complexity test automation scripts 

  Understanding of non-GUI test automation concepts, comparative study of test automation tools etc 

  Must also be able to perform planning, scheduling, tracking and status reporting

 Having very good writing skills and ability to deliver high
quality documents like test scripts/reports/plans/knowledge documents
etc
