        Job Description

WF-ISD QA group focuses on testing cutting edge Internet functionality,
content and information. As an automation engineer you will be
responsible for coding scripts that automate manual test cases as well
as executing those scripts in an effort to test the functionality of
Wells Fargo Internet applications. In this role you will be using
Borland (Segue) Silk Test to automate manual test cases that reside in
HP/Mercury Quality Center. You will work within an established test
automation framework that relies heavily on common reusable methods and
functions that provide the basis of effective automation results. If
you have a passion for leveraging technology to solve the complex
problem of high quality software then this is the right position. 
    Primary Job Description   

- Use WF-ISD Test Automation Framework to design and develop automated
test cases for new projects and change controls - Create documentation
of automated test cases - Work closely with automation lead to review
automated testcases and related deliverables - Work with Analysts from
other QA business oriented groups when necessary to manage your testing
effort - Execute automated testcases for regression purposes on
multiple platforms - Log defects and follow-up on issues encountered
during automation   

        Desired Profile 
          - Hands on experience with Silk Test is required
- 1+ years of programming knowledge with C, C++, VB, Java or any other programming languages
- Awareness to Software Testing & QA process knowledge
- Strong communication and problem solving skills desired
- Well versed with Internet technologies and infrastructure

The successful candidate should have strong analytical skills and be
able to successfully multitask in an interrupt driven environment.
