    * Proficiency with MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint is a must.
    * The candidate should demonstrate effective speaking, writing, presentation, and judgment skills.

Job Role:

    * Analyze clients' requirements, assess learner profile, and design courses for effective learning.
    * Develop the high level curriculum design and the course outline.
    * Work with SMEs to gather required information/content and transfer the same to the team.
    * Assume responsibility for the productivity and quality of the team's work.
    * Demonstrate proven skill in project management activities, and reliability in meeting deadlines with a high level of attention to detail and quality of product.
