As part of expansion we are looking for Team Leader:

 

Position: Team Lead

 

Exp : Overall 5 years experience in Software Testing, 2 years in Performance Testing

 

Skills : Loadrunner / Webload, WebLoad / Silk Performer, Sever Monitoring,

Performance Tuning, Performance Engineering

 

TeamLead - Roles and responsibilities:

 

• Should be able to conduct design reviews, requirement reviews, evaluate technical architecture from performance view point.

• Ability to develop and execute performance test scripts. Analyze the test execution reports and report them.

• Analyze the performance test execution reports, spot performance bottle necks, suggest changes to help improve

• Ability to develop prototypes and rationalize technology stack components from performance view point 

• Act as a guide/mentor talented individuals

 

Skills required/background:

 

• He/she must have used either MI Load Runner or RadView Web Load in his/her  

   previous projects.

• Work experience in Jmeter is a major plus

• Experience of being worked in at least 2-3 performance testing projects

• Should be an expert on minimum of one operating system, database and programming

   language.
