I see that many people are using Test Director for maintaining their test scripts but I do not see any need for Test Director when
- I have a separate (company wide used) bug reporting system
- A separate version control system
- and I can group a set of scripts in one script and nother set in script2 and so on.

Am I missing any of the benefits of Test Director ? I would like to get your inputs.
