issue / defect management tools , test tools like Mercury tools, IBM
Rational tools 

Working knowledge of databases (i.e. DB2, IMS, Oracle etc) 

Exp working in a CMM/CMMi process.   

	 	 Minimum Experience  2 years  

	 Maximum Experience  4 years
