which order we can follow in blockbox and white box testing

I think white box testing should be done first rather than black box testing.Becoz without
testing the code,how can we test the functionalities. |

White box is nothing but internalstructure of Code. BB is nothing but Functional testing.we are giving some input expected output coming or not.

I think BB testing only performed first in the process of testing because if the intended functionality itself not working properly means there is no need to check the code i mean white box testing.
