Job Description
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Director of Testingand Quality will own the vision and strategy for software quality assurance for StayinFront India. Managing a team, you will provide consultancy and support to systems and QA testers and be involved in cultivating an environment of skill-sharing to ensure best practices are being utilised. Drawing from your software QA and system testing expertise, this is an exciting opportunity to add value to the SDLC.

    *Your responsibilities will include monitoring QA progress and timeframes
    *Research into testing methodologies and performance testing
    *Develop effective test strategies and test plans, approval of test cases
    *Training of all internal resources in all StayinFront Quality policies and procedures
    *Communication of project status with management and appropriate project teams Management of personnel activities of the team.

Desired Profile

    *You will be passionate about software testing and QA standards.
    *You will have a Degree in Computer science or related area of study with 8-10 years QA experience of which 3 years managing a team.
    *Your experience with SDLC, excellent testing skills, knowledge of test planning and execution will stand in good stead.
    *You must have experience of testing, debugging or coding software in a client facing capacity.
    *You will have experience verifying testing time estimates and scheduling testing. You will be familiar with automated testing, automated issue tracking, testing techniques and operating systems.'
    *Your superior organizational, communication and analytic skills and ability to multi-task and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment is key to your success.
